Pam has been active in selling over-the-mountain properties since 1971. During her career she sold primarily new homes in subdivisions in Mountain Brook, Vestavia, Hoover, and all of Shelby County. She was the Birmingham Area Board of Realtors "Top Producer" five times. Kimbo Rutledge, her brother, joined her in 1998 to create the Pam Ausley Team. In the past 13 years they have become the top real estate team in the Birmingham Area.
